At JJFitnessline, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy for returns and exchanges for products purchased through our website.
Returns and Refunds
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your online purchase and request a refund. To initiate a return:
- Notify us via email through our Contact Us page.
- Return the product within 14 days in new, unused condition with original labels and packaging intact.
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Products must be free from use, damage, or wear. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
- Delivery charges related to refunds are the customer’s responsibility.
- We may deduct from the refund if returned goods show signs of use (e.g., assembly/disassembly), based on the diminished value.
- Returns received after 30 days from order receipt may be denied, and items will be sent back to your shipping address.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear, headwear (caps), or socks. Additionally, refunds or exchanges are refused for items that are:
- Worn, used, washed, or without tags/original packaging.
- Dirty, scented, or covered in hair.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days for the same item in a different size. To exchange:
- Follow the return process above to return the original item.
- We will process the exchange within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
Standard delivery times apply for the exchanged item. If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
